Moor Lane 30th DECEMBER 2010 : Meet 1.30 p.m.; Kick offs at 2p.m.
The traditional festive season Ramblers School Boy Fixture is not far away and we are hoping for the support and turnout of last year’s success.
There will be two games: the usual match against a Ramblers XI for older school boys and adjacently, the score settling Dads -v- Lads match in which the younger boys’ festering resentments over the paucity of their Christmas presents can find expression in brutal off the ball challenges on their paters, and disappointed fathers can scythe down their 10 year olds for not gaining scholarships to Oxford to read P.P.E. despite all the help they had with their homework.

The bar will be open all day and tea will be available after the match for parents who would like to come along and support: the more the merrier!
