It is with deep regret that Liverpool Ramblers AFC must announce the death of His Honour John Arthur DFC. John died peacefully on the afternoon of 17th January 2013 aged 90, with his children at his bedside.
His association with the Club was not limited to the provision of sons Johnny and David to play for the Ist Xl over many years. There will be many members who recall the warmth of John’s personality and the generosity of his support.
The Funeral will be at St Bridget’s Church, Church Road, West Kirby at 11.00am on Friday the 24th January.
