As part of their new pre season training campaign, veteran Rambler captains Ben Hood, Darren Moorhouse, Tim Crutchley, Matt Gray and Jo Brough took part in the Abersoch 10k running on behalf of the Edwina Lilley Foundation.
All participants finished the gruelling course albeit not at the same time!
